Public Hearing Announcement For December 21, 2023
Published by Township_Web_Admin on Thu, 12/14/2023 - 13:23Pennsauken Township is seeking funding through the State of New Jersey Green Acres Program for improvements to the former Central School Playground and Park, located at 5605 N. Crescent Boulevard in Pennsauken.

Pennsauken Township proposes to create the following new facility at the former Central School Park site to construct an all-inclusive playground. The project name will be: Welcome Home Jake’s Place. A concept plan showing the proposed project, preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found here:
The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held both in person and will be lived-streamed on YouTube, as part of the regularly scheduled Township Committee meeting. The live-stream can be found at YouTube.com/PennsaukenTelevision and selecting the "Live" tab.
