Zoom Court Appearance FAQ

The Municipal Court is located at 2400 Bethel Avenue, intersecting with Route 130 North, adjacent to the Police Department. Bethel Avenue is located two blocks north of the traffic light which controls the intersection of Cove Road and Route 130.

Window services, such as making payments, posting bail, issuing complaints, and disposition requests are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Telephone inquiries are fielded Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Ticket payments can be made by mail, in person, or on the statewide website.

The Municipal Court handles all traffic tickets issued in the Township of Pennsauken. Likewise, all criminal matters and local ordinance violations filed against persons 18 years of age or older are handled in the Pennsauken Municipal Court. Court sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m. and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.

The Municipal Court does not supply or provide the following:

  • Police reports, accident reports, and impounded vehicle information. Each of these must be obtained from the Police Department.
  • Temporary Restraining orders are issued on an emergent basis only during non-business hours; otherwise, they are obtained from Family Court in Camden.
  • Marriage licenses are obtained from the Clerk's office in the Pennsauken Municipal building. Wedding ceremonies may be arranged through the Mayor's Office.
