Snow Removal

Public Works removes snow from all township roads. Drivers are told to plow from curb to curb wherever possible. It takes eight to nine hours to clean the streets one time depending on the size of the storm it can take as many as three passes to clear the roads. Please wait until plowing is completed to clean sidewalks and driveways. It is best to place discarded snow in your yard. To aid in plowing please keep cars off of the street wherever possible or get together with your neighbors and pick one side of the street to park on, this will let the drivers clean more of your street. This is especially important for dead-end streets.
