The Pennsauken Township Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, Sept. 5 for Labor Day. Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 6, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The Pennsauken Free Public Library will be closed Saturday, Sept. 3 through Monday, Sept. 5, in observance of Labor Day. The Library will resume its last week of summer hours on Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5, is a trash holiday. Monday’s regularly scheduled trash and recycling collection will occur on Tuesday, Sept. 6. Tuesday’s trash and recycling will be collected on Wednesday, Sept. 7. Yard waste and white goods collection moves to Thursday, Sept. 8. Thursday’s trash and recycling collection will occur on Friday, Sept. 9. Friday’s collection moves to Saturday, Sept. 10, beginning at 6:00 a.m.
